Attracted by the cheap house prices and very affordable shops, bars and restaurants there are already a number of holiday homes in the town. A three storey house with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, land and centrally located can cost less than £100 000
In addition to this exciting project there are plans to build an additional two hotels in Marmolejo. A three and a four star to cater for up to 400 guests. These hotels will be built on the outskirts of the town next to "The Balneario" . An area renowned for its underground waters that are said to have healing properties.
Rather than spain being mainly a summer destination ...........with a marina, 500 appartments and the numerous health benefits in this region of Spain the aim is to make La Dehesilla (Marmolejo) a year round destination.
